She’s always been a caring person full of life and love to share. My husband’s primary language is Spanish and I thought of Maria when discussing selling our condo, knowing she could answer his questions and be there for us on our first sale. Maria took the time to answer all of my questions, came to look things over to give us pointers, and even offered to help me get the condo ready to sell when I broke my shoulder. When I saw some mud tracked on the carpets from walk throughs she took the time to come out and clean it herself, telling me to not worry about it. She took time to learn a little about our family and on closing she brought my kids some special gifts she knew they would enjoy. I would recommend Maria to anyone and if we ever have a need in the future I would absolutely go to her first. Thanks Maria!

We initially set up the first meeting with her and right away she told my husband and I what was needed in order to qualify. She explained to us the different kind of loans and then gave our contact information to a loan officer. From there we were able to qualify and started looking at houses right away. Maria was always flexible and ready to look at any house that we were interested in. Due to my husband's work schedule we were looking at houses late in the evenings but she never told us no when it came to viewing houses. She gave us her personal opinion and was very honest with us throughout the whole process. We found a home within the first two weeks and she helped us close. We are so very grateful for all of her support and we'll recommend her to all of our friends and family. Maria's strong work ethic and professionalism makes her a great real estate agent. We are happy with our home and forever thankful for her!

We were fortunate that our house sold in only 2 weeks time. During that time, Maria and her team had already placed advertisements and did an open house. She was always almost immediately responsive to every question we had and was patient with us when we had what I realized afterwards were some "duh" type questions. Maria also was the agen we used when we bought the house originally so I can say we have used her twice now without hesitation. Always found answers to any question. When we were not getting much information from the people, we were getting a loan from. Maria was the one to go to, making the calls and getting the information for us. She worked very hard to take care of us. I feel she truly did more than I ever would have expected any realtor to do.
